Magnesium is impotent and I can get my daily dose with these. My only hold back is the size of the pills and the quantity you must take for one dose. But they work perfectly

Issue with sleeping? Say less, this is actually one of few products that actually works it keep you calm and relaxed, highly recommend taking it 30 minutes before bed and you will have the best sleep ever.

This is, so far, the best Magnesium Glycinate I have tried. Since I am transitioning into menopause, I have difficulty sleeping. I have tried so many brands to get the rest I need, and for some reason, other supplements don't relax me as much as this one does. I know that if I take two tablets (although the dosage is three) before bedtime, I will most likely sleep through the night. Also, I have noticed a difference in my mood throughout the day.I find this is also a great price for the size, especially if you can find it when it's on sale.

Very big and chalky…. So hard to swallow

I don't have much in way of a basis for comparison, but these supplements have stood me in good stead, in improving my intake of magnesium.

Can’t say much as to the efficacy of the supplement.However the size of the pill is large and for my senior throat even half the size is difficult to swallow due to the sharp edges after cutting of the pill. Just saying.

I absolutely love this product. But let me forewarn you, take at night. If you are having trouble sleeping this will definitely help.
