Really love this with the OnlyFire extension.
The media could not be loaded. After the burn off it was running from 270 for about five hours before I saw it drop to 250 when I cooked some sauce in it. I then shut it down as I was going to bed. I was seriously impressed that it held such steady temps for so long on the first cook. It was just purring. Obviously, ambient conditions, thermal mass, fuel and elevation will all play their part in heat management (I was on Weber lump, London, summer-time). I am interested to know if the different levels are the same or how far off each other they get. Both vents were fully open however, and no water pan, so it could not have been easier if I had pushed a button! Just shut up and give OnlyFire your money!

Very well made
This is my 5th item i have brought from Onlyfire and once again the build quality is amazing and second to none, this is not made out of flimsy metal and is built to last and fits the bbq perfectly. Only question now is do i but the the smoking chamber middle cooking system to go with it?
