I HAVE HAD MY BIKE FOR A LITTLE OVER 2 MONTHS NOW, I HAVE RIDDEN JUST OVER 300 MILES AND I COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH MY CHOICE TO BUY THIS BIKE!I HAD DECIDED A FEW MONTHS AGO I WANTED TO UPGRADE TO FROM THE BINTELLI FUSION THAT I HAD BEEN RIDING. I MADE A LIST OF THE THE FEATURES THAT I WANTED. FULL SUSPENSION, DUAL BATTERIES AND DUAL MOTORS, AND SOMETHING THAT WENT AT LEAST 35 MPH.AFTER LOOKING AT COUNTLESS BIKES THE PILOT M20 SEEMED TO OFFER THE BEST VALUE AS MOST BIKES WITH SIMILAR SPECS WERE QUITE A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE. I READ ENOUGH POSITIVE REVIEWS TO FINALLY PULL THE TRIGGER ON BUYING THE BIKE AND I COULDNT POSSIBLY BE HAPPIER WITH MY CHOICE.THIS BIKE IS A BLAST TO RIDE! IT IS FAST AND POWERFUL AND THE DUAL BATTERIES HAVE REMOVED ANY CONCERN ABOUT RUNNING OUT OF POWER IF I WERE TO EXTEND MY RIDE FOR WHATEVER REASON.IF YOU ARE AT ALL OK THE FENCE ON BUYING THIS BIKE YOU SHOULD SET YOUR WORRIES ASIDE AND MAKE THE PURCHASE

So, this is my second ebike that I have purchase. I had to return my first ebike to another company because it did not preform like how it was described and i bought this bike the same day i shipped the other one out. But the Pilot SR has blown my expectations out of the water its fast, comfortable, and very maneuverable. I rode the bike to work today (due to that what I bought the bike for) and it did flawlessly. It's has a lot of torque and gets up to speed relatively fast I'm 5'11 and 240 lbs and this bike has no problems moving me up to 35+ mph. One feature I really like is that you can have either the front wheel or the rear wheel work independently or use the both motors at the same time and that's where the fun begins. All in all if your looking for really good ebike this is one I would highly suggest. Hope this review helped anyone that's interested in looking for their first ebike.

One of the two batteries was faulty. The seller kept asking for more and more information, often twice for the same thing after I provided the info/pictures requested. After four weeks of back and forth, SAMEBIKE (Kate) stated they would send me a replacement battery. A few days later, they went back on their work and asked for additional pics, claiming they didn't know the model number which I already sent them. The customer service is negative 3. The bike itself is a 4, so that equates to a one star. This is a decent bike but you have to pray you don't have any problems. Also, beware that you will have to pay hundreds in shipping if you return the bike; otherwise, I would have already sent the bike back.

For the price being totally honest this isn't a bad bike at all for the 2k, however I did meet my expectations there were a few flaws not to much of a problem though such as when you unlock the bikes speed on the speedometer the mph and kmh don't show for me and the battery life isn't the greatest when it's fully unlocked but other then that the quality is really good and I was very surprised on the suspension and forks, they're adjustable and very good on the appearance and on the actual performance, and the handles are also a big plus for me, there small straight bmx handles and they're really sturdy. The assembly was expected though, it took a bit to put together but once we got it together it was good to go, I'm not to sure if there supposed to be like this but both my tires it came shipped with were a teen bit flat but not to the point it's a big deal or a negative, how ever this bike is a really good purchase overall and I'm satisfied with the performance I give it a solid 8 5/10!

Assembly was quite easy for this bike. I am so impressed with the power carrying my large frame, 240lbs, up some steep hills. I immediately removed the speed limit and hit 35mph in a heartbeat. The seat is comfortable for at least the 10 mile trip I took first. Be careful playing with the settings as I accidentally set up a password and locked myself out of using the bike. Thankfully, the seller responded to me at midnight and walked me through the steps to reset it. I am very impressed and will order another one, I got the dual motor dual battery version and may get the single motor one for my daughter.

After having to troubleshoot and replace bad battery right out of the box, the bike was great for a while. After about 100 miles of riding the replacement battery has now gone bad and the manufacturer is very difficult and will not help. I like the bike but warn everyone not to buy one of these. Nothing but headaches and expense and lack of being able to actually use it.

Compared to bikes with similar specs from bigger brands, this one is very well priced. But you get what you pay for. The 30mph version gets an actual top speed of 27-28 mph. And the advertised range of 30 miles is closer to 20 on the highest motor setting. I kind of regret not spending more on a better bike, but overall I’m still happy with this one. If this is at the high end of your budget, it’s a good purchase. Just be aware of the downsides.
