ALL 3 RINGS TOTAL 4.5 INCHES. I BELIEVE THE POST OUTSIDE DIA. IS AN INCH. THIS KIT SHOULD FIT ALL NEUMATIC POST RAISED CHAIRS, ACCORDING TO MY RESEARCH. THE RINGS ARE HEAVY DUTY. ACCORDING TO MY RESEARCH

I need 4 inches in height. Can these be cut easily to the required height ?

No, these are thick sturdy plastic so I don't think they could be easily cut. One package of the SplendShop sinking chair kit contains 3 cylinders: a 2 inch, a 1.5 inch, and a 1 inch, just like the description says and shows. So you could use two of them to get 3.5 inches or all 3 to get 4.5 inches, but not 4 inches. You could buy 2 packages and then use both 2 inch cylinders to make 4 inches, but maybe you can find 4 inches in one package from some other vendor. I am happy with my two SplendShop kits that I'm using on two different chairs, they're working fine for me.
