It's a very useful pillow for people with cervical and neck/back problems. Bought it for my mother and she sleeps comfortably. Its very soft and premium quality. But amazon seller packed it very badly by folding it in half and stuffing in packet. It should come in a box as the pillow is delicate

Still Good for neck pain relief with different heights on both sides, even for sleepers on stomach, worth the buy Only drawback I found was, I would have preferred the pillow a few with more inches in length & width.

This pillow offers no support and the performance is not as good. As someone with severe cervical pain, the reviews made this seem like a heaven sent but its actually a small, soft and very low pillow. I wonder if the reviews are for the quality or the 200 cashback. Either ways,if you are looking for a firm pillow with adequate support, skip this.
