Exellent Linux performance
I'm a software architect and I use this PC mostly as a Linux workstation. Installing Linux was easy--all of the built-in components are supported (graphics, network, bluetooth, etc). Performance is snappy, even under heavy CPU load. Having 6 cores / 12 threads is really helpful when compiling and testing software. All CPU cores run below 20% utilization with my normal array of development tools. System temps are typically 100 - 120 degrees F. The fan (laptop-style) is nearly silent, even under heavy load. My only dislikes are cosmetic (and minor): - triangular power button on the corner of the machine is badly placed--I've hit it by accident when laying a notebook on my desk. Needs to be a normal recessed push button, on the top or front. - no USB-C on the rear. This would be helpful to attach storage drives & external monitors. - no audio jacks on the rear. This would make it cleaner when attaching permanent audio to the machine. Otherwise, this is a great little machine. I'll probably buy a couple more of these so I can maintain a Kubernetes cluster in my basement, without the need to keep this machine running 24/7. :-)

Powerful, Compact, and Perfect for My Home Office Needs!
I was looking for a compact yet powerful solution for my home office, where I often multitask between work, streaming, and some casual gaming. This Mini PC caught my eye, and it’s exceeded my expectations! With the Ryzen 7 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD, this mini PC is impressively fast and responsive. It handles everything I need, from running multiple apps to streaming smoothly in 4K. The setup is simple, and the small design makes it easy to fit anywhere, even mounting it behind my screen for a clean look. Connectivity is a breeze too—Bluetooth and dual-band WiFi make sure my devices stay connected without a hitch, It come with some Usb and hdmi ports and looks great. Plus, it’s remarkably quiet, so I can stay focused without distraction. Whether I’m working, watching movies, or gaming, it performs perfectly, and for the price, it’s one of the best investments I’ve made. I’d highly recommend this pc!

Great little computer
I've had this little guy for over a year and it works great. Has everything I need and runs great. The downsides: -Runs a little hot and I can't keep it mounted in the case I have for it while its running. -Power button is right on top and it shuts down without a prompt if pressed. I'm using it for professional lighting work in the feild and its very inconvenient for it to be shutting down randomly if bumped. Ultimately, great unit but misses a couple of targets for my use.

Great little PC and a great value as well!
These are great little PCs for the money. They are quiet and perform general office tasks like spreadsheets, word processing, and internet very well. I have also done some light gaming (strategy games like Sid Meyers Civilization for example) and it ran well. I have bought a few of these over the last year or so (2 Ryzen 5 and one Ryzen 7) to replace older windows 10 desktops in our office and home. I had trouble with the Ryzen 7 unit not starting properly after a few months and after some correspondence with tech support they exchanged the unit with a new one that seems to work well. The included instructions could be better and they are not that well built (mostly plastic) but the specs are good, the ports are sufficient and the price is hard to beat. I was also happy about the Tech Support. (I was surprised that they even had tech support at this price!)

Would Recommend Against this Brand
This PC worked fine for about a year and half and then started rebooting intermittently with no apparent cause. It is now going to the e-waste pile. I have found the Kamrui brand to be unreliable at best. Be aware that this company cannot be trusted as I also purchased over 40 of a different model PC and found after a year half of them did not contain a TPM module. They refused to do anything about that other than email an image of Windows 11 that would load 24H2. Of course as soon as 25H1/25H@ came out no updates again. Very deceptive business practices for sure.

Ryzen Mini PCs are just top notch
I picked up this mini PC for business use as it has a strong Ryzen 5 CPU with upgradeable RAM/storage in a small size that is light on the wallet. I've been using it a few weeks and it gets the job done without any lagging or slowness. It comes with a removeable 512GB m.2 NVMe drive that was the brand BIWIN when I opened it up and two 8GB DDR4 sticks of RAM that were Lexar 3200mhz. I might upgrade to 32GB later on but so far 16GB is suiting all my needs without maxing it out, even with some gaming. This is a really fast computer with the 5500U Ryzen that can easily do multitasking/web surfing along with medium gaming depending on what you play. It can easily run League of Legends and Fortnite and still have my browser open without maxing out. It is very quiet and replaced a laptop that was taking up too much room and got pretty loud with the fan. I am very happy with this build and will likely get another if I need one in the future.

small, quiet ... but ...
If you don't need large horsepower, fine. Linux and web browsing only - great. For my original intent: perfect. Most work I need to do so far (year later) - great. After last Linux update, I now have some weird booting issue that looks, acts like bios issue. NOW looking for any updates - KAMRUI has none. Should be at least a bios update for this cpu. There is no support page for this model that I can see. There Is an update at another minipcxxxx site; various results from users. I have been way beyond newbie in Linux and Windows for decades. Both sons are pros. I have two of there systems. (And 24/7 server and beefy PC desktop. And another house with 2x all this in another state.) This is no longer worth the effort. If you want any future support for a cheap pc, just buy a cheap Dell or other mainstream brand. I can still use this - after many tries at booting. Won't even try Win11. If there was

Very capable little PC
Update: Unfortunately my unit had some kind of BIOS issue. After a while, it gotten progressively worse. It randomly freezes during usage. After showing seller perfmon data that demonstrated these issues, they gave a refund because they couldn't RMA it as they ran out of stock. 3 starts for them honoring their warranty, but wish they could have RMA me a working unit instead. This Mini PC has very decent CPU power. The Ryzen 7 5800U CPU is equivalent to a 12th Gen Intel i5, and as you can guess, it can run all the normal work application you can throw at it. It even play games much better than the last mini PC I bought, which only had an intel N95 CPU inside. I am happy that it comes with a Microphone built in, and uses USB C for power. It also offers USB C as a port. It has both HDMI and a DP port for video. As far as having enough ports and the right ports for the latest peripheral, it should meet just about everyone's needs. Minus 1 star because it boots up really slow, from power on, it can take 4-5 minutes to get into windows. Once it's in windows, it's fast, not sure why it takes so long to boot. Even re-installed OS, still slow.
