Great for dry eyes. They are a bit expensive but so are all eye drops. They helped me control the floaters in my eyes.

After having PRK eye laser surgery, these eye drops are gentle on the eyes. Let it be known that the reason the it's harder to get the drops out is because the dropper must be more secure, and not allow contaminants to get into the bottle because it's preservative free. This is a huge factor for the solution in the bottle to remain fresh, nor does it have tons of preservatives to make it last longer. You will also notice that the expiration date on a preservative free bottle has a shorter duration is also because it's preservative free. (In general, anything that lasts a long time, does so because it has preservatives!)In terms of "travelability," if you're going up in an airplane, it might evaporate faster just because the air is dryer, so make sure you secure the lid well. In general, I find this brand to be effective in terms of having dry eyes regularly and it providing the soothing effect that is needed.

I love Systane.I love that these are preservative free.But why, Systane, do you make the preservative free squeeze bottles have such a horrendous drop mechanism that ensures the drop goes everywhere but where you want it?Why can't it just have a nice pointy end so you can aim it, like regular Systane.

I am very happy with Systane Ultra PF lubricant eye drops in comparison to Refresh Relieva PF. There is something very soothing in the formula when it hits the eye that Refresh doesn’t give me. Also the little bottle is transparent so you can see how much is left. There’s also a blue tip in the center top from where the drop falls. This helps to align where to hold it when you squeeze. This is also more economical than the individual vials.That said, everyone is different and medicine works differently for everyone.

Great eye drops except for the awful flat top application bottle. Some of their products have the bottle with a more pointed application top, but this one has the flat top which is awful to apply since most of the time the drops roll off the side of the bottle which results in wasting the product.Come on Systane!!! Please make ALL of your eye drops with the pointed application bottle so as not to waste the product. I don’t see any reason why your company can’t do that other than with the wasteful flat top bottle we would have to use more, therefore we would have to buy more since half of the product drips down the side of the bottle. Other than that, the Ultra PF preservative free works well for my eyes.

I have no complaint at all about the quality of the eye drops, they do what they are designed to do. However, I don't like the design of the bottle. I am used to a bottle that tapers at the tip, which allows precise "aim" when applying the drops. This bottle has an almost flat (slightly rounded) tip, and I struggled with actually getting the drops into my eyes. I ended up applying all around my eye, I will order a different type of applicator bottle in the future.
