Unique for sure, and tastes exactly as its name indicates. I used this on smoked beef ribs as an add-on to my normal smoked beef rub, it was great but as expected it was more subtle considering everything going on with smoked beef ribs. We've used this on frozen sweet corn too. You could really taste it on the sweet corn and it was excellent. Happy with this purchase.
