Just side rails... My truck came with the tailgate cap.

What size are these!!??

The rubber/plastic material on my Chevy truck bed measures 6'-10 1/2" long, about 5'- 7 1/4" between centerline of rectangle holes, and 5" wide.

do they work with a tonneau cover

Only if the cover is inside the bed rails. I have a Bak Flip tonneau cover that fits great with the Bushwakcker bed rail caps.
