This is perfect for me while I am relearning how to walk again. Spinal cord injury required me to use this product in my rehab. Low cost and easy to adjust really helps me.

Overall, I like this agility ladder. My 14 yr old daughter uses is several times a week. It is easy to pack and transport. The problem with it being so light is that it will fold up into a mess fairly easily if your cleat catches a rung or side strap during the exercise. On natural turf, this problem can be reduced by using a few garden spikes on each end to hold it to the ground. Of course, as your agility improves, this will become less of a problem anyway as you'll catch the rungs less during your exercise.

Easy to lay out and use wherever you want to workout. Helps develop quick feet and coordination. Great for any level of competition.

Quality and simple. Kids use it during the sports off-season, easy to put bag in bag.

Habe mir die Agility Ladder zum Training meiner Speed Drills für's American Football gekauft.Vergleichbare Produkte der namhaften Konkurrenz aus dem Einzelhandel habe ich nicht für unter 20€ gefunden.Qualitativ steht die Ladder hier in nichts nach.Nach mehr als 20 Einsätzen noch immer keine Verschleißspuren. Auch nach mehrmaligem auftreten mit Stollenschuhen auf die Plastiksprossen nur winzig kleine Kratzer.Sollte mir, warum auch immer, diese Ladder mal kaputt gehen, hoffe ich, dass es sie weiterhin bei Amazon gibt und ich sie erneut bestellen kann.
