Third hernia belt I've had since surgery. It is definitely the best. Silicone disc works great to compress the hernia area. Much more comfortable than the wider ones (no rolling or pressing on your rib cage when you bend over). Will buy again.

Helps with lower minor hernia pain from too many gym crunches.

Works as expected. Is fairly comfortable for all day wear since it isn’t real wide. I tried a wider one which is ok when standing up straight but binds up when sitting or bending over. I use it to help contain an umbilical hernia. Not a big fan of Velcro but it works ok.

Appallingly, this HEERTEEAJ belt’s “large” & “extra large” sizes are actually the identical item. See my photo. They just put an “L” sticker on one of them, and an “XL” sticker on the other. It is disgusting and cruel that they would do that. How I found out: The ‘Large” was just a little too tight on me, so I ordered an XL, which gave me the opportunity to compare the two. SAME ITEM!! So awful!! However: Aside from this grave disappointment, I really, really like the belt. Did you know that wearing these belts can raise your blood pressure by 15%? You don’t want to wear it any tighter than you need to, AND you don’t want it to be any wider than required. All the other belts on sale here are twice the width of the HEERTEEAJ, so they are ‘squeezing’ much more of your mid-section than necessary - pushing up your blood pressure. Because it is so much narrower, the Heerteeaj will naturally squeeze less, and so have less effect on blood pressure. Obviously, though, I can’t recommend the Heerteeaj unless you are smaller/more slender than me. My waist is only 36” yet the “large” and “extra large” strap length is significantly too short. It is possible to make things a little better by shifting the hernia compression pad forward to the very end of the belt - you can see in my video how I have done this. It will ‘hang on’ just fine there due to the excellent velcro - and doing this does have a limited belt-loosening effect. But if your waist is 38”, 40” or higher, forget it. There is no way you can make this belt work for you. That said, I do want to share another good thing about this belt: All the HEERTEEAJ velcro is kept away from the edges of the belt, so it will not scratch and annoy you if you wear it on bare skin. Other belts I have tried all had to be worn over a light t-shirt: They are too scratchy otherwise. So I really like the Heerteeaj! They did a great job on designing and manufacturing this hernia belt. It’s just too bad that it appears they are manufacturing only one size - and then lying to the customer that they make three.

Had ventral and umbilical hernia surgery. This belt was so much more comfortable that the huge one they sent home with me to wear night and day for the next four weeks. Four weeks post op now and still wear it when lifting and for certain sleeping positions until fully healed. Love the slim design. Tried others but this is my favorite. I wear it without the removable umbilical add on. Also it fit my frame. I wear an XS in clothing and weigh about 106 pounds.

Arrived on time good condition. I have an umbilical hernia and this is perfect for me. It is comfortable to wear. Use it on my walks. Also use when working in yard where I do lot of bending.

I ordered this for my sister who has tried most every design of umbilical hernia belts--from thin to very wide. BY FAR THIS IS THE BEST! This is the most comfortable width--wide enough to be effective, and if it folds a bit it still works comfortably and well. PLUS the fabric is most comfortable. For the price, try this one! Update months later: After seeing all the belts she's tried, no belt is perfect. It can fold over after hours of wear, but she says it does stay in place for her, is very comfortable and holds tight. Again, for the price, might be worth a try! The BEST she's found yet and wears it every day.

This belt is beginning to roll up after wearing 4 times. Also the oval pad on the belt slides out of place way too often. I would not buy this belt again. UPDATE..... Now I have worn the belt for a couple of weeks. I hate it. The thing now looks like a rope and the pad for sitting over the hernia slides out of place ALL OF THE TIME
