Mount works great. Light weight, great stability, feels sturdy but adjustable for comfort and extremely easy to use.

I bought this neck mount for an upcoming cruise, and I'm also planning on using it for hiking trips and other outdoor adventures. The silicone necklace feels very sturdy and has a nice quality to it. With the camera attached and the necklace locked into place around my neck, it feels super secure. When you attach your camera, you use the screw mechanism like you would on similar equipment like other selfie sticks. One of the cool features is how bendable it is. It mostly holds its shape, which is great. You can use it as a selfie stick if you keep it straight and know where to hold it. But it can also just flop down due to the weight of the camera. Or you can actually sort of bend it and have your camera sit almost like a small tripod. But it takes a little playing around and repositioning to get the right angle if you use it this way. It's somewhat doable. Now, for one minor gripe: The product pictures show the camera flipping down easily, but that's not quite the case. You actually have to loosen a screw to be able to rotate it down and see the back screen of your camera. It's not a deal-breaker, but something to be aware of. It also came with an extra strap. I'm assuming it's meant to help anchor the mount more tightly to your chest, so your camera isn't swinging around when you bend over or sideways. There weren't any instructions with it, but I'm sure I could figure out a way to use it if I wanted to. For now, I haven't found a need for it. Overall, this neck mount is a solid choice for hands-free camera operation. It's sturdy, secure, and offers some versatility as a mini tripod.

As a taller person 6’4 I’ve tried other neck straps, but they were too small to comfortably fit around my neck with the camera attached. This one is works great. Doesn’t hit my chin, and can be angled fully forward/lined up with horizon for great walking and hiking videos. Also comes with a stabilizing strap for around the chest. Pair it with a magnetic mount and you’re all set.

Screw in wrong side of mount, hard to open battery door without taking off entire go pro. Cannot attach vertical mounts because once again screw placement is on the wrong side. Telsin such a simple fix let’s do it

Love this accessory for my action cam. So much less intrusive and dorky looking than the alternative of wearing a head strap.

Quality of this product exceeded my expectations because I thought it would be cheap plastic but it’s made of flexible silicone.

I am debating whether to return this item. First, I do not think its long enough. Maybe its made for skinny guys riding bicycles. You need a longer one for motorcycle riders that are in some cases bigger, wear heavy jackets, vests etc helmets and for us it sits too close to the neck and right under the full face helmet. Also the attachment while one would think should be simple enough to attach is very finicky and I find myself spending too much time trying to get it too plug in. Again for motorcycle riders with bigger gloves you now have to take your gloves off and fidget it and its difficult when so close to the neck. Third point, if it would have been longer I was hoping I could swing it around and record traffic behind me, but in no way possible, its way to short and would never ever work for that. f you are ever redesigning make one with a pull and lock for front and so you could pull down a lot and swing around to the back. Being able to do front and back is ideal especially for motorcycle riders where cars creep too close to us as we stop. The quality is there no doubt and I may keep it... but I think its ideal for bicycle riders, not so much motorcycle riders.

This product came not as advertised. The mount is fixed and cannot be swiveled. Also with the media case for the Hero 11, it doesn't allow the camera to be mounted at the correct angle. I have ordered another model and will likely be returning this as "not as advertised". As many others have said, the connection device is terrible and can't easily be connected with the device around your neck. On a positive note, this a very well built unit and the strap is very soft and pliable. I could make this work (almost) for use on a motorcycle but very annoyed it came with no ability to swivel the camera.
