Very disappointed the packs don't stay cold for very long therefore not very helpful for pain and swelling management.

Sort of did the job, but hard to get going, doesn’t get too cold, and doesn’t last too long. I guess you can’t expect too much from these little one off use packs.

do they get cold ?No, that's too warm a word to describe these, bloody freezing more like.Don't overuse them, stick to the useage guideline allowing the flesh to warm between packs

Very handy if out and about but they don’t actually get that cold but are very easy to use
