Works great and very helpful for my workouts

I wanted a 15-30 min whole body workout to do bc I really don’t love working out. I love the feeling afterwards. I thought jumping rope would be a good whole body workout that would be quicker than other types. I have old knees & back. I don’t have a place in doors to jump rope, so outside is my only option. I knew I needed a mat. I bought this as it seemed to be a good one. It’s thick & heavy. I’ve only had it for a week or so. It seems to be working. I’m happy with it.

I use it for jumping rope. The size is perfect for indoor jumping, and the 'squishiness' is just right. My feet aren't sore the next day. If you have a regular jump rope routine, you won't be disappointed.

This is an excellent mat - large enough to move around with various skipping tricks and it does not shift. Would definitely buy again. Also love their ropes!

The jumbo size is perfect. I teach Bollywood dancing and jump up and down quite a bit. My back was killing me. This takes a lot of the pressure off my back and it’s very pretty aesthetically. Also, great purchase! It could be even thicker, but the thickness is pretty good! Very durable and slip resistant.

Overweight Former High School Athlete Can Skip Rope Again Thanks to This Mat! Before purchasing this mat, I couldn't skip rope without foot, ankle, shin, or knee pain. But now, I can skip with impunity because this mat cushions my every jump. Not only that, but the mat doesn't slip even on my tiled driveway. So, I can't fall over while I'm exercising.
