Certainly a quality move replacing the item.**Purchased this item November 2024. Seemed okay- but it's very loose around the neck and I have to hold it in place- it's not like the pictures. But okay- I adjust. 6 months later the product has stopped working. The light comes on when I put the charger in, but then it says it's ready- I unplug it and it will not turn on. No customer support - no help. Waste of money

It’s very easy to use and charges fast

I'm surprised at this neck machine it really works well and I'm in my 70s and makes my neck very smooth.

Have you ever looked up the benefits of red light therapy? I’m really impressed by it. True story… my husband was suffering with plantar fasciitis, so he visited a podiatrist who recommended use of a red light device. My hubby was frustrated, feeling like he had just been prescribed “snake oil”, something that wouldn’t work. Months later, he read an article in a golf magazine about how one of his favorite golfers was using red light therapy routinely for joint inflammation. Suddenly my hubby had to try it. He found and purchased a lamp on Amazon. He used it on his painful foot, I used it on my painful back. Voila! Both of us experienced relief from pain after just a few sessions and the pain has not returned. I’m now a huge believer in the benefit of red light (infrared).There are two levels of light. The deeper waves can help reduce inflammation in joints and muscles. The more shallow wavelengths can improve collagen in skin. As a woman over 65, I’m beginning to need help in the neck area. Sure, I could use the big lamp, but it really is very bright and inconvenient and I have to be careful to shield my eyes from the light. This device is designed for the neck, so is much easier to use.First, I really like the simplicity. Its a simple gadget, just charge it using the included charge block and cable. Press and hold the only button and it turns on. This has red lights spaced around the semi circle. To accommodate different size necks, the two bands of lights can be pulled apart by about an inch to cover more area. Note: Red lights produce very little heat, so it is comfortable to use. It would be easy to place this around the neck during a treatment and read, watch TV, use computer, or other activities. My neck is rather thin and the band is loose around my neck. I would imagine if one had a very large neck, it would fit much more tightly.How effective is this in reducing fine lines, wrinkles and improving skin integrity? Only time will tell. So far I’m very impressed with its ease of use and I plan to begin using it regularly.I’m lovin’ this! FIVE Stars!!!I hope you found this review to be helpful. Thanks for reading!!

I love light therapy but I’m not sure about this machine. The instructions it comes with aren’t very clear. It suggests to “test” the device on your face. On my face??? Doesn’t seem like a good idea. I expected more from a $100 product

12/1/2023 - In addition to my regular am/pm daily skincare, I thought I would add red-light therapy to my routine. Everyone worries about crows feet around the eyes or other fine lines that show we have lived and had fun in life, but forget that it's the neck that ages us the quickest.While I do skin care on my neck it has aged much faster than my face. I grew up with super oily skin that has since changed over to combination, but my neck went from mildly oily to dry and aged overnight, yikes!I've been using this since the 16th of November. I haven't noticed any improvements, however, I wanted to leave this review so that others considering the item would know about a size issue I was having...If you have a small neck circumference this WILL be very LARGE on you. It will shift and fall off and even though it's wire free and it means you won't want to move much because of it falling off. I eventually figured out a way to solve this problem which may help others considering this item and then finding it to be too big. I use an old semi-worn-out scrunchie to keep it in place. After putting it around my neck and adjusting it, I then take my scrunchie and put it over each of the end pieces to create a closure and now it doesn't shift or move anymore.I do love that it's wire-free and with the above adjustment makes a huge difference.I like that the "beep" notification for when it starts and when it finishes (10 minutes later) is a quiet and not obnoxious beep like their other products.It's easy to clean and to store.It's easy to adjust the height of the lights to cover different areas of the neck.It's not entirely comfortable on the wider setting if you are looking down to read a book though, but that's minor.Since I haven't notice any changes and with the size issue I'm rating a 3 star today, however, I will check back and adjust if after 6 weeks I notice any differences. After all it took years to get here, and 10 minutes a day really is a small drop in the bucket compared to the years of damage already in progress.UPDATE 3/1/2024I still do not noticed any marked improvement, though I do use the device daily.ISSUE which has made me change this from 3 stars to 1.5 stars is that about 2 weeks ago it started randomly shutting off with no notice and after only a couple minutes or less. I charge it on a regular basis and even notice this occurring the day after I charged it. Sometimes it will stay on the full 10 minutes, other times it just shuts off and unless you're paying attention you won't know it did it. I usually am some where I can see the glow reflecting back at me so I see it shut down. This device isn't that old it shouldn't be failing already.
