The BEST Cassava Flour by FAR!!!
Always arrives fresh! This is my FAVORITE brand of Organic Cassava flour. It always has the perfect consistency for recipes I make that call for Cassava flour, I rarely have to add more or less. Great absorbency. The pouches always stay sealed and don't break like others I have gotten. Really easy to use in recipes and you get a ton in one bag! I bought a 3-pack because it keeps going in and out of stock and I want to have some on-hand for making meals during the holidays. Makes great biscuits and tortillas! We eat an AIP diet so we need grain-free and gluten-free flours, I have tried MANY brands and this is the best by far!! Highly recommend this brand! Get yourself some!!

best lectins free crepes
I always come back to this brand of cassava flour, since I like the quality and the price for the value pack. I use it for the best grain free, lectins free crapes: 3 eggs,3/4 cup cassava flour,2 cups milk of your choice and 4 tbsp. of melted butter-super easy! It is also low carb because you only use a little compared to any other flour. And my crepes taste much better than the ones made with regular flour. Love this flour and will be experimenting more for a lectin free recipes.

BEST Cassava Flour on the Market!
I've used about 8lbs of this cassava flour and absolutely love TERRASOUL! The flavor exceeds that of Otto's brand by leaps and bounds! Terrasoul has a more nutty, rich flavor and all around tastes better. I've used Otto's cassava flour a few times and every bag has contained grit and I feel like I'm eating small bits of sand. This has NEVER happened in the 8lbs I've used of Terrasoul! Not to mention, it's a better deal than Otto's! Terrasoul uses organic cassava, Otto's does not. The only thing I've found challenging about this brand is that sometimes when I'm making tortillas, my dough comes out more moist than other times. When this happens, I simply add small amounts more of the flour until I get my desired consistency. There are too many blogs exclaiming the wonders of Otto's cassava flour, but they should really try Terrasoul!

Best Cassava Flour!
This is my third cassava flour brand to try. I started with Otto’s and its ok but always has these fibrous hairs in it that I had to sift out. Then I tried Anthony’s which Ive been using for months but then the last 3 bags I bought were weird and awful so i tried this one (Terrasoul) and ohmygosh. The flavor is soooo much better. Its a slightly nutty flavor, almost buttery. It makes THE BEST tortillas. Im so impressed! Tortilla recipe: - 1 3/4 cup cassava flour - 1 tsp salt - 2/3 cup warm (80F) water - 1/3 cup oil - Roll into 1.5” balls - Press out with either a rolling pin or tortilla press - Cook in lightly oiled pan on med high heat (1-2 min per side) - Enjoy!

Just awful!
When I first heard about cassava flour, I was really excited to try some new recipes. I'm so limited on the diet I'm currently on. I couldn't wait to receive it in the mail! I decided to buy this brand as opposed to the more popular brand because it was cheaper, and I figured there wouldn't be much of a difference. I baked 5 different items with this flour, and everything I made was absolutely disgusting! I am not one to waste food, and I had to throw every single thing I made out because I just couldn't stand the taste. I figured I just didn't like cassava flour in general, but before I decided to write it off completely, I decided to order the more popular brand. Wow! What a difference! If I hadn't tried a different brand, I would have totally missed out on how amazing good cassava flour actually is!

cassava is great!
Its lectin free and makes wonderful tortillas! Used it years ago when I went gluten free but thought it was too starchy and carbs but now that I am following the Dr Gundry lectin free diet (and seeing really changes!) this is one of the carbs on his yes list and I am thrilled!
