Absolutely Brilliant
Since I was 14 (now 31) I have collected an array of home gym equipment ranging from York dumbells to running machines but this suspension trainer is absolutely phenomenal. It isn't as expensive as a TRX system but I think it is a serious competitor to the TRX brand. Whereas the other suspension trainers are fixed, this works on a pulley system so you have stabilise yourself more. With the added carabiner, this can be taken out and about and wrapped round posts and trees if needed. Local football cross bars are ideal!I would recommend this to anyone who loves fitness. The delivery time on this was perfect too.

Nice design but check your doors first
Very effective and easy to get into the swing off, am slowly building up a range of exercises which are providing a very nice full workout. As mentioned by another reviewer it is recommended that the user watches the included dvd first for optimal performance. As well as the dvd it also comes with a chart illustrating the different exercises that can be performed with this system and a cheap bag to carry it in. It is easily connected, dismantled and portable but I would strongly recommend doing a bit of a recce before purchase as this device can only be fitted against the opening side of the door; the only doors I have that fulfil this requirement open into a hallway or landing, most opening into the room itself rendering it unuseable in bedrooms, lounge etc. Not ideal unfortunately, but that's the integral design.

Good piece of equipment
Being a fitness fanatic I am always buying new items of kit which I think will help me. This is one of those that actually works. It is a suspension based training system which basically means you use your body weight for resistance. The real big bonus to this is that it is ridiculously easy to set up. You hook the support over the door, shut the door, and away you go. As it is cable based you have to use a lot of muscles to stabilise yourself, which adds to your workout. The guide that comes with it lists some unusual type of exercises which I struggled with, but I have found if you stick to the basics (press ups for your chest, pull ups for your back) you get a good all over workout with no issues. Personally living in a flat this is a great piece of equipment as you can put it up easily, use it, and then put it away again. This is good for an all over workout and will help build some muscle and keep you in shape, and so much cheaper than a gym membership!!

SURPRISINGLY EXCELLENT!
Some products are simple to use and you buy them with hopeful intent. Even with intent some end up as a clothes horse (think exercise bike or cross trainer even running machines) but with this exercise system there is no chance of this happening and for me that is a huge part of the appeal. It packs away into its own bag and can slip into luggage or an overnight bag and allows you to exercise wherever you are and again this just adds a massive plus. I think it's the kind of exercise system that should appeal to people that are interested in staying or getting fit and have a certain amount of self discipline as like all exercise it takes commitment. For me it's excellent and I recommend it.

useful gym kit
This is a useful toolkit for home gym or gym on the go. All items are foldable and lightweight, but give you a lot of variety in terms of different exercising routines. There is a DVD included which gives a few ideas on how to use different tools. It is possible to have a gym like workout with these tools without going to one.

Good Quality Suspension Trainer
For anyone who is new to suspension training, this is a good way to get started. The guides are very good and take you through a wide range of uses for the kit. It appeals to me as it's a non-impact way to keep fit and improve core strength. If you have a sporting interest that is seasonal and you want to keep in shape during the winter (as I have with cycling), this is an excellent way to do it. The unit is small and comes with a carry case. For someone who travels and might find themselves in a hotel without a gym, this is an excellent way to keep up your fitness regime even within a hotel room thanks to the door anchor. Of it's type, it's good quality and ideal for those new to the method. And if you haven't tried suspension training before but want to improve your overall fitness and strength, this is well worth a try.

Simple & Straightforward
This is simple idea. Use your bodies own weight and resistance to build up core body strength and exercise your cardio vascular system. It hooks easily on to any solid door, as long as you have the space to deploy the straps you're ready to go. The DVD which comes with the product is a little basic, and I found the voice a little annoying. 2 slight caveats, I have seen others say it is "lightweight", compared to dumbells etc it is, but it will not aid your baggage allowance if you take it on a flight, also prolonged use of the hard handles is wearing. Weight lifters gloves are a must, perhaps on the next version a more cushioned grip will be available.

Excellent Start for reluctant trainers
The beauty of this system is that the control lies with you rather than the equipment. If you are unfamiliar with this kind of suspension training, the main focus is using your own body weight to ensure an effective workout that doesn't overtax your muscles. The door anchor allows you to train in any room without the usual fear of the door flying open or being unable to support the weight of the equipment. It also serves, initially at least, as an inhibitor to overtraining as you have to get used to how much pressure you can exert. I found it easy to use especially once you have looked at the DVD and for someone who hasn't used this system, or indeed trained in many years, it has been a useful reintroduction to weight training.
