The value for the money texture taste and smell are all good. As far as Ease of use, eat them. The only thing you want to be careful of is how many you eat. Sadly I went on a sharp cheddar cheese eating jag at a football party. I was sadly locked up. So….. I accidentally ate 15 in one day. And let me tell you… first i had savage gas passing which smelled like I was farting fruit jello. Then finally i had a monster mastodon eye rolling pipe choker of a bathroom visit. Pringle can diameter Literally had to plunge and double flush. But wow I am clear now. I would suggest these but please do follow usage instructions.

I am on a glp1 and get constipated quite easily. These help keep me regular. The only downside is that the serving size is 4 gummies and the bottle is only big enough for 18 days, so I feel like I have to continuously buy them. But they work so it's worth it. The taste isn't great, but not bad either.

These turned out to be pretty good. I like the taste and they seem to aid the digestion process quite well. I plan to stay on these and buy again.

This is a very useful product and you don’t need to take a lot together the results either. Works every time they do make one a bit gassy though but overall a great product.

Good-ish for fiber but you have to eat 4 for the recommended dose, and they’re large so you go through them fast. The second time I ordered, they send one with a child proof cap that none of us adults can open. And the plastic on the bottle is almost impossible to cut through. Insane. Probably won’t order them again.

Just got these today. I have been using GLP1 injections for 13 months. I was using the nature made brand of the fiber gummies and they were ok. They did what they were supposed to I guess but I decided to try this brand recommended by my doctor. I have only used them today. The taste was really good. They were a nice texture and easy to chew. They did not get stuck in my teeth or anything like that so if you have dentures or any dental appliances these gummies should be ok to use. We’ll see how they affect my fiber intake and if they help.
