Build Quality is Excellent. Spacing between sockets is good. So that even normal plug and mobile charger (big adapter) can be plugged in. USB ports are decent. I don't know if they have fast charging capabilities

The extension board head blew up, with a very loud bang, when plugged into the socket and all the MCB tripped. Going by the black soot on the outlet, I suspect short circuit. After fixing MCBs, fearing the worst, I plugged in another extension board and the socket worked just fine.
