This is a last minute decision to buy. Usually, I do a lot research first but I didn't have time. Not many reviews for a Italian Daniff. My large 130lb. 2yr.old pup had to have TPLO done. I needed a sling right now! When I saw this sling it looked like it would comfortable for her and give her the support she needed. Never used a sling before. This one is very easy to use. This sling gave my girl the confidence it was safe to try and stand and go out. She's a little anxious after surgery. We are on day 2 this is a hard surgery for dogs. This sling is a very valuable tool as it will help her to walk again. Don't hesitate if you have a giant breed dog that needs help with mobility. Great buy!

Just received. Initial impression is that it’s extremely well made and designed. Thick and soft cushion, held by a well made sling. Its taper feature with the wider center is a great design extending the support lengthwise without interfering with the hind lugs and lower rib endings. It has a Velcro locking strap so no slippage going up/down steps. Handles/strsos/adjustments/buckles all 5 star.Isn’t everyone out there getting sick of wasting so much time, comparing the same product under different brand nanes, often at different prices?Get rid if all the redundant crsp and only sell the top 3 similar items. The BS reviews are so obvious.

We have an 85lb German Shepherd. The Velcro is too long to properly secure (we can make it looser, but then the sling shifts around and slides down). The handles are way too long unless you hold the handles way up near your chest or shoulder, once you adjust them to be shorter everything works fine BUT now the handles are double-straps on each side because of how the adjustment works. So now there are 4 straps total in my hand, which means I can not use the Velcro handle wrap to hold them all together, since it it not large enough to go around all 4 straps. But it works, seems comfortable, and helps us with her injury, so that is all that matters to me

This sling works great, my 13 yr old german shepherd is in her mid stages of DM and we needed something temporary until her wheelchair arrives for her hind legs. The extra velcro strap is a huge help. It's wide enough to support lifting her up, the straps even at the smallest is still long but can't really complain, I could've gotten away with the medium size.

This is an amazing sling. It'll stay han, while they're walking. It is extra great for female. unfortunately, I had to return as it rested while on too close to front of my boys ×%#^# and it seemed to arouse him so had to return, in case there a medical issue arrised from it. Though if I had a girl, I would have kept it for sure, and i'm sorry, it didn't work out for my baby, because it's so much easier than the slings you have to wrap around them b4 use.

It supports going forward and on level ground. The issue is going down stairs my dog slipped through n flew and fell down the stairs. I suggest use a leash to stop him from going through the lift and sliding out of control. Built well and soft nice material.

If you think you need it, you probably do. I was on the fence about it and am glad I bought it for my old man pup. His back legs don't support his weight anymore, and while I do have other harnesses, this one is great for quick trips outside or when my parents help take care of him.The straps are very adjustableThe plush material is very soft; almost too soft to where is slides easily down to his hips when I'm trying to keep it along his ribcage (keep an eye on getting urine on it as I cant imagine that'd be fun to try to clean). Also, it would be nice to have the velcro strap that can connect the two sides together to be a bit longer for barrel-chested pups. But those are small and individual issues-- the product itself uses pretty durable materials which is good. Bottomline-- it's worth buying and I'm glad I did.
