Almost fabric like. Have used it numerous times to decorate the office space for coworker’s birthdays, reusable. Colors are vivid and folds up flat, very durable. Great for the money.

Great for a Party!
My son owns a Rainbow Play Systems franchise and has started offering birthday parties to be held at his store. He wanted the newly designated party area to have birthday-related banners and he asked me to purchase them on his behalf. This was his favorite. Nice size. Bright colors.

good visual, sturdy cloth
The one star fell victim to the fact that this banner has no rivets through which one could pull a rope to attach it to the background. In our case a Sunshade. We ended up having to borrow tape, which then left glue residue on the poles.3-4 rivets at the top and bottom would solve that problem and earn a 5 star rating.

Big, Bright & Beautiful for Birthdays
This was a great purchase and better than expected. I was looking for a Happy Birthday sign for a small party I was hosting and came across this. I love that it is big and colorful so it has the impact of a lot of decoration with almost no effort. I read in the comments that someone wished it had grommets but you can easily use small binder clips and hang from tacks or command hooks on the wall. Because I liked it so much and it's so sturdy and I'm keeping it to use again and again I did add grommets (I happened to have a grommet kit). My sister liked it so much she ordered one too.
