Nice item shame the thread for the knob on the top was busted, I had to make a repair, but having said that it was good value.

I was in a hurry and didn’t really read the reviews (not like me). I also bought this in April and have only just got it out of the box. This is an awful umbrella. It is so badly made and cheap cheap cheap in every way. I really wouldn’t bother if I was you.

Having had this large umbrella for over a year now i can happily say its still works. Has been used during those rare sunny months in Scotland but i can say its more like a kite when there is a breeze. Requires a lot of weight to keep the base down.

This is a lovely garden brolly. Very good quality and a lovely cream colour. Unfortunately, it's too big for where I want it. I have, sadly, had to return it. The free return is easy. Collection is arranged through Amazon

Very weak product. The wood is cracked in two places & the mechanism is very difficult to operate.

This umbrella does what it says on the tin. If you look after it, it will work well. For the price, I was not expecting a Neptune quality umbrella but was very happy with the quality given what I paid. The synthetic fabric has worked well and has not stained. The timber is not overly robust, so use a good stand at the base, as it will break if the umbrella catches the wind and falls over.

Bit flimsy but looks good

Very disappointed. Although we purchased this item in May we have only just put it up in the garden and the pole has snapped in half at the join where the 2 poles link. It looks like a fault because it is a clean snap. It is totally unusable. I wouldn't recommend buying this product.
