I've fancied a slicer for ages, and I'm really pleased with this one. It's sharp, done everything I've wanted to do, is easy to adjust and easy to clean. I should have bought it much earlier!!

Very good item, simple and very easy to use and cuts mostveg quite swiftly from saurkraut to onions carrots etc. Has removable blades but you can do most chopping and cutting with the main cutting blade which is adjustable and length wise cutting so your6chopping and cutting in two directions. Comes with a glove and veg holder but I prefer the cut resistant gloves. Saves time esp when chopping saurkraut and the larger items.

Is amazing product I like it

sharp, pretty easy to use and clean, the only thing I would suggest is another slot for the blade in the mandolin, you don't want to put that in the draw with a blade on it, I put the blade in the lid of the blade box and taped it closed because the blades are surgically sharp. The other thing is there's no measure to show you how thin or thick the slices will be which means there's a bit of trial and error. Overall I gave it 5 stars because it feels sturdy and works.

I have wanted one of these for ages. The blades are extremely sharp so the guard & the gloves are useful. Cuts, slices & grates well

Excellent product

When you start slicing, you will notice that the hand held slider slips all over the place. Plus when you get lower on the item you’re sliding the hand held device doesn’t hold the item. It appears that it needs to be replaced with one that slides between the guides

Very impressed - but be careful as also very sharp!!

I had another Fullstar Mandoline Slicer from a few years ago and I used it often. Unfortunately, I was not able to make my slices for scalloped potatoes the right thickness and I hated slicing them by hand. This works out perfectly and I can slice anything I want. The potatoes are perfect. Tomatoes also work well. I haven't tried the shredding blades yet but I'm sure they will be great. The case to hold the blades works out well. There was no assemlby. Just take out of box and use. Please use the special glove to not slice off your finger like I did with my last mandoline.
