Very good but not the best

Regarding the bulk 10 pound Jackfruit-Great flavor, mildly sweet. But considerably tougher than I expected. Like very tough, thick “fruit jerky”… some thinner pieces were almost “crispy”. However, no added ingredients and no added sugar so I’m good and likely to order again.
