This works, is affordable, I add it to tea sometimes. A little bitter. That's why it's in a capsule.

I'm sure grape seed extract has numerous benefits and one is bettering your circulation. I'm on my feet a lot and at 65 circulation is not what it used to be, but when I take these and use my rebounder I have no swelling at all. At 65 I'm not on any medications at all, I'm more for the natural way and these are one of my regular supplements. Recommend them!
