I can use the app on my phone but will not stay connected unless outside by the pool. otherwise the light is great, single white 20w. plenty bright for 18x52 round pool unless on red, then could use 2 lights. Otherwise other colors are bright and light up pool and backyard in trees above the pool. Just wanted a remote not just the app as they crash, wont connect etc..

It is great. It really likes up the pool more than I expected.

I have one of these in my above ground 16 foot pool. It lights the whole pool up great after dark. The app isn't great but it works.

We got the Round 2023 Version, it's White with a white or light gray power cord.The kit comes with a powerful glue which I did not use on my 22' Round x 52" deep Vinyl above ground pool. For me the steel plate that the light assembly magnetically sticks to from inside the pool holds in place till someone kicks the light.. then the steel plate drops to the sand. Luckily the pool has a wide band outside squeezing the pool.. the steel plate slips in there and stays put outta sight.It's a Bluetooth interface and must be operated from it's own App installed on your tablet, phone, etc. Anyone with the App and within range can control The Light, there's no account or passwords.. just the App and Bluetooth. Several people can all do it simultaneously.. but that's not a feature!The App has the standard color wheel with every color and some solid color presets, brightness control, on/off. Then it gets into Styles with a bunch of choices, 'green gradual change', 'seven color strobe flash', 'three color cross fade' Etc.. too many to list here. While running a Style you also have Speed and Brightness sliders. There's also a Music option that is loaded with ten songs which I only tested, I don't see an option to play your own music. The light strobes and color changes with the music playing. There's also a Microphone option where it strobes to your voice, and lastly in the App is a generic Scheduler where you can schedule On days of the week, and only one On time, and same with Off, only one Off time and Off days of the week.So far it's been great! I love the glow at night, one light evenly lights up my 22' pool. I have to turn it down to about 10% when were not in the pool 'cause it too darn bright! Attracts the June Bugs :-)I like blue the best, yellow is kinda funky, red is really red and white is really white.Seems overpriced at the check-stand, but it's performing perfectly.We love it!

Just what I expected,also fast delivery.

The media could not be loaded. I have an in-ground pool with a vinyl liner, and no built-in lights. Finding decent submersible lights has been impossible. Most are cheap battery powered lights with suction cups that don't stay put and leak and corrode very quickly. After wasting a lot of time, frustration and money I finally came across these lights. They are absolutely perfect! They are low-voltage with very long power cords and an in-line transformer. The are fully incased and safe to be submerged (due to the low voltage). Just plug it in to an outlet and lower it into the pool. The lights have strong magnets built in to the back and mounting plates if your pool is not metallic. I got lucky that apparently there is metal behind my pool liner, so they stuck to the sides on their own with zero further effort on my part. The entire system has Bluetooth built in so you can use an app like "DuoCo Strip" to control them from your phone and tablet, which means you can also use them with Google and Alexa. I am able to control them from inside my house. Every other light I have use came with crappy remotes that barely work even when standing directly over the light. Another cool feature is that you can have it sync to music through your mobile device or even through the microphone and have the lights pulse or change color to the music. Very cool!

The media could not be loaded. Update after 5 months of use- ok- it’s pretty poor design that the cable between the light and control box isn’t replaceable and that it’s hardwired. Rodent/animal chewed through the cable and now I’m left with a paperweight. Cable should have plugs to make it replaceable like most other led pool lights are setup in that fashion. I’ll have to add my own plugs or resolder the wires and try and salvage this light.I’m so tired of everything these days being disposable when they should be repairable . So much waste!24’ diameter 15,000 gallon poolThis is the single light. I’m glad I didn’t get the dual light setup because this thing is PLENTY bright!Everything is working good so far. Setup timer schedule in the app to automatically turn on and off at night and so far so good.I’ll update this review as time goes on if there’s any issues but so far this is one of my favorite purchases of the summer. You can’t beat it for the price. $50 delivered how can you go wrong
