I just started taking this supplement a few days and I've already seen change in my mood and sleep. I have fibromyalgia, which is triggered by anxiety, hormonal fluctuations, and lack of sleep. This supplement is a keeper, so say my kids. Honestly I feel like these worked for me . I noticed I have no to little acne , helped my stomach health and just over all doing better .

Has anyone had their periods change? Not long after starting this I had my period, heavier than normal. Then started again a week after I stopped the last one. Other than that, I feel like my mood is better and I have slept better. My exhaustion is the same though. Just ordered my second bottle. But the next day started my period two weeks early.

There is no taste, and they are easy to take. I love them I absolutely feel a difference.

If you can’t swallow pills like me then this product isn’t for you. I wish I knew just how big these horse pills were going to be or I would have never ordered them. I had really high hopes of something finally working after reading the reviews. When I opened the container I knew right away I wasn’t going to be able to take them. I ended up twisting the capsule and put it in juice also don’t recommend. The taste is horrid. I can’t even do an honest review on how the product works because I can’t get past taking the capsules. Just a warning for anyone else who can’t swallow pills. You also can’t get a refund on these so now I’m out my money and can’t even take the product.
