I thought that I would get too tired from these too early to feel results, but on the lighter sets I was able to work on them quite a while without feeling too bad, which was nice to be able to really work these into my day-to-day!

These worked well. I loved that there were different levels, it's nice for days where I'm sore. I have TMJ issues, so I was looking for something to help me work out the tension and strengthen the muscles in my jaw. It's seemed to help!

Update 8/31/23: seller contacted me and issued a full refund and apologized for the lack of progress and even offered a free product as well! Excellent customer service and very kind and compassionate seller! Grateful for their reaching out to provide compensation! 5 days a week Body builder and added these 4 weeks ago for a slight double chin. Used them 5-6 days a week, 120 reps, increasing difficulty/color each week. No change whatsoever. Probably made to sell and the fat under the chin has more to do with body fat % than anything else. Comfort: not great. I have a small mouth so most of the time they were gagging me and a pain to deal with everyday.

Makes your mouth super strong

The first level, blue, fell apart after two weeks of use. Started getting little chunks of blue rubber coming off of them today and accidentally swallowed some. I’ll probably throw them in the trash and move on to the next level, red. Assuming they all last about the same amount of time, I figure I’ll get about two months of use out of this kit. Not great, not terrible. Apart from that there is a taste, not quite sure what it is but I’ve gotten used to it. A suggestion for the manufacturer, maybe remove the grooves on the product and make the entire surface smooth. The grooves are the areas that start to fall apart. Seems like there’s a lot of life left in the body itself.
