Very bad smelling product . The pills were all expired and had molds growing all over the packet. Had to throw them away. Never buying from them.

Not 100% effective
If u have half tablet Today and tomorrow night, it would give u sleep in sometime but if u have it day after tomorrow night then it wouldn't give any effect. So better take half tablet every alternate day.
