As an avid gym goer I sweat a lot. Like a lot. My training involves compound movements with heavy intensity. During our workouts we tend to loose electrolytes. I have used some energy drinks in the past but because of the high caffeine content it’s not recommended for everyone. Not even for me. It’s a human body. Can react to anything. But something with a safe dosage and quality ingredients is what iv been looking for. I’m writing this review after almost a month after using the product. Iv tried all of their flavours baja like being my favourite. Now what really sets this one apart is the combination of betaine, taurine, lucine, isoleucine, carnitine, and the content of sucralose in it is safe for human consumption. Usually it’s high in energy drinks. It’s used to add the sweetness. For people who want to know more about these ingredients, please google them and in the end, I would personally recommend this to all. I personally don’t post reviews for Products I don’t like personally, this one I do, hence the review.

It tastes amazing . Has a fresh taste and is a full value for money . Provides the much needed hydration and boost pf energy after a workout.

Its a pre workout drints its give u high energy

Expected the taste like red bull zero sugar and monster zero sugar. This can go no where nearer to the above brands. Tasted just like sugar water! Pls don't go for it, if you are a fan of red bull or monster!
