I needed a pair of wire snips quickly and bought these. I generally prefer Knipex tools but what l wanted wasn’t available at the time. I had never heard of NWS before but after some research found that they are a highly regarded German hand tool manufacturer.As soon l opened the package these snips/cutters impressed me - they are beautifully made and feel good in the hand.When l used them l was equally impressed - they cut through everything with ease.These are made in Germany to an obviously high standard. The steel is very hard and has displayed no wear at all since l have used them. The fit and finish are excellent with zero play. The plastic handles are very comfortable, indeed more so than whatever Knipex uses for handles on its tools.I am a Knipex enthusiast with a box full of their tools. However for future tool purchases l will seriously consider NWS, given how impressive these are.Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend these snips enough I’m an electrician have been for 12 years and used all different types of snips and nothing compares to the smoothness the comfort the ease of cutting and the price this product has it all , every electrician needs to give these snips a try and don’t think they aren’t good because they aren’t over priced , thanks NWS Keep up the amazing manufacturing.

I have had a lot of side cutters over the years being a mechanical/electrical engineer and I can honestly say these are by far the best I have ever had makes electrical wiring a doddle

This is my first pair of NWS cutters, I have used bahco, CK, knipex and many more. I found these to be as good if not better than the other brands. They were comfortable in the hand, and were really sharp. The cutters appear to be well made but time will tell, at the moment I am very happy with them, so much so I also got the pliers to match.
