Im not one to write many reviews but felt that I needed to do it with this product. I am going through that terrible perimenopause feeling SUPER IRRITABLE almost all day long! Being nasty to my husband for no reason and not sleeping well...I have tried other supplements with not much luck...These little pills have been a game changer!! Ive been taking them for over 12 days now and have noticed a SIGNIFICANT improvement on my mood! I feel a lot more calm, not having stressful thoughts all day and Im sleeping better....I def. reccomend this if you want to feel more like yourself again!❤️Ill keel buying it...

Works really well combined with HRT.

I received my order and there was no plastic seal on or around the cap and when I twisted the lid to open the film that covers the opening was half way opened. I counted the pills and there was 30 but I am very skeptical in taking them. I was just shocked that there was no outside seal around the cap. Not sure where these pills came from...what store

Subscribed to these in hopes of helping with some possible peri-menopause symptoms I’ve started experiencing. The first product arrived as described. The second arrived with 60 pills in the bottle - label updated, but the product description here was not. Now I’m left wondering if this is a legit bottle or a knock-off. I’m leery to take them and might just send them back.

I was having a horrible time with hot flashes nothing I used seemed to help long term, I was even prescribed gabapentin for the hot flashes and even that didn’t help. I figured I’d give these a try and they didn’t disappoint. I used them for a while and the symptoms disappeared. I forgot to buy more once I ran out and the hot flashes came back with a vengeance. I would definitely recommend these and plan on not running out again.

Switched to this from another more expensive brand. So far I'm sleeping a little better. It says to take for 60-90 days for full benefits. I will continue. Pills are small, so they're easy to take. I look forward to continue seeing results

I was skeptical at first because I've tried everything: HRT, creams, changing my diet. All of those things have helped a little but haven't really moved the needle at all. I was still waking up drenched in sweat and so, so irritable. I was tired of not feeling like myself. When I got an ad for this on facebook, I ignored it at first because I didn't think something more natural would work, but I really liked that this vitamin company has clinical research to back up their claims.The cost per pill seemed high (but I've paid more for other supplements in the past so I thought I'd give it a shot). Within the first few days, I've noticed my mood has stabilized and I'm sleeping better! I still get some night sweats but HRT didn't even help this much! And I've seen that the results get better the longer I take it. Also, a good side benefit I wasn't expecting? My libido is way better -- I hadn't eve noticed it had waned but I feel like a 25 year old again!I'm looking forward to the better hair quality too because my hair could use it. It might be early days, but I'm sticking with this because it's worked better than all the other things I've tried combined. I say, give it a shot if you haven't yet! It's worth the test!
