Works to clean out stove
We purchased a used yukon solo stove. Turns out it’s a 1.0 not the newer 2.0 that has a tray you can lift out to clean. We decided to try this pellet adapter to see if it would work as the tray and it does! My husband says it every night ‘ best thing we ever bought’ . Makes it so much easier to lift ashes out next day after burning wood. May try burning pellets sometime, but for now it meets our need as an ash remover. He just does a deep clean-out (lifting the whole stove) once a week now. If you’re thinking of purchasing for this reason I highly recommend it!

Great for effortless fires
This is a great product that fits into the bottom of the solo stove Yukon. You can then fit two 40lbs bags of pellets into your Yukon and it will burn without any effort for two hours. Cleaning is also very easy with the included handle you just remove the pan and dump the ash. This is a great item to buy with any solo stove that is easy to use with almost no assembly.

Prefer regular wood vs pellets
Not the best for the large Yukon. Took a while to get the fire going but look out once it does be careful because the flame was huge

Worth every penny
Pellets are the only way these stoves should be run. Super clean burning. Quick to lite. A 40lb bag of pine bedding pellets only cost $6.50 at tractor supply. This till run for 2+hours without being touched. Only place about 20lbs at a time. The flames get crazy otherwise.
