Great source of magnesium!
These magnesium supplements have not caused any digestive issues. I take them at night, and feel like they have also helped with sleep. If you are in menopause, I would highly recommend these.

Recommended by my healthcare physician. This is probably my 3rd or 4th bottle. It doesn't mess with my stomach and it is supposed to help with my sleep. The BisGlycinate is the important addition to the magnesium per my physician. I guess it helps you to absorb the magnesium???

It works for me!
