My husband brought a tablet and got this to protect it, he works outside and inside. Great case..

My son has broken 4 tablets, 3 TVs, 2 cameras, a Switch, a DS, and my pride in his 3 years of life. With his mighty ham-fisted assaults on technology I was hesitant to even attempt to own a tablet myself. This was my solution. Even if he does get his hands on it there is a viable defense against his efforts to break anything of value. Within 3 days he managed to climb up my dresser and into the closet to retrieve it and promptly threw it like a Frisbee directly into the wall. I was already angry with myself for thinking it could last, hopes dashed like Tablet The 5th - but when he picked it up, he howled in anger. IT SURVIVED. Upon further inspection, I realized not even the case had scuffed. I could barely keep myself from laughing in his face as he attempted to remove it with his tiny ineffectual hands and teeth. He eventually gave up and skittered off into the darkness. 10/10

I'm glad I came across this tablet case! It fits the 10.1" Amazon fire tablet perfectly. I don't have to worry about my kids cracking the screen since the case is very thick and the tablet is well protected.Update: It's 7 months later and the tablet has been thrown all over the place... even stepped on multiple times. No cracks and the tablet is still working beautifully... all thanks to the thickness of the tablet case.Update: It's now Feb. 20, 2023 and the tablet is still protected by the case. Now, the case has been stepped on over 100 times (maybe even more), thrown down the stairs, and flown across the room (temper tantrums from Chucky). Not even a small crack in the tablet. Nada.Update: It's Feb. 17, 2024 and the tablet is still going strong. From what it has gone through, I'm surprised the tablet still looks brand new. Now this case is worth the money. Usually things don't last in my home. That says a lot.

I feel like my tablet is safe in this, and that's saying something! I kind of wish the kickstand had more than one height option, but that's just my adult pickiness chiming in; the height/angle works just fine for kids, and you can achieve different heights if you flip the tablet upside-down or get creative like my kids. It's super solid, but a bit squishy, which is great for little hands and for absorbing shocks, and the colors are fun, and mean the kiddos can easily see the tablet in a full diaper bag or messy living room. It's kind of a pain to get the tablet in, but that means it's secure! Good buy, in my humble opinion!

Take it from room to room, cause of ease of use. Dependable & Versital. Good value for the money. Compact, lightweight, and reliable. Couldn’t do without it.

The green part that bends to make a stand is nowhere near as durable as the other previous models. Also seriously Amazon, you couldn't keep the same locations of the buttons one year to the next on your tablets so I didn't need to buy this at all? I already had to buy a new tablet why not just let me keep it in the same case as the previous model?

I'm so glad I upgraded my granddaughters tablet. We went from a seven inch screen to the ten inch screen. And the quality of the videos is so much better. A lot more storage on this tablet too. There are a lot more educational games for her to play as well. To have just turned three years old she is a wiz with it. It has been a great purchase!!

This case protected my Fire tablet against a few very rough drops onto porcelain and tile surfaces. Yea, it's a "bathroom tablet".I found that's it is also great for those with huge hands. I normally have trouble holding phones and tablets without triggering the touchscreen. This case gives me plenty to hold onto without hitting the touch sensitive screen area.The pop out stand is grippy. I don't worry about my tablet falling off the side of the bathtub even when it's wet. I like to watch videos while soaking in the tub. : )
