I am usually not a review writer, but I believe this item needs one so that buyers know what they are getting. These running boards were installed on a 2019 Ram Big Horn Crew Cab. They are light and install was straight forward and simple even though there are no instructions. Any person with average DIY mechanic skills can figure it out. After install I felt initially that the boards sat a little low off the truck. I wanted something that worked better aesthetically by running closer to the bottom of the passenger doors. But after looking at them a few hours later they really grew on me. They work well and go good with the truck. The brackets are not bulky and looking at the truck from the side they are hardly noticeable, where I have seen other brackets on similar products that are huge and look horrible. The boards themselves seem to be able to support substantial weight. Like many here have said they seem ideal for light duty use, I only use my truck for occasional towing of a travel trailer, it is not my daily driver. So only time will tell how long they will hold up. All considered especially price, quality, and appearance well worth the money. So the down side, the hardware included is junk. If I had to do all over again I would take the time to go the local hardware store and get quality products. It probably would cost you no more than 5 bucks and save you a lot of time. I was lazy and made it work, my own fault!

It says in the description that it will not fit a 2019 ram 1500 classic crew cab . Well it does trust me they are made for it . I had already ordered before they changed the description of what it fits so I look and made sure before I jumped to conclusions and sent it back glad I did they fit great and look good . Very sturdy .

Good easy put on

I don’t usually write reviews at all but I feel compelled to with these sidebars. First of all they arrived basically a week before they were supposed to which got me super stoked. But anyways, I bought these because with my truck (ram 1500 Ecodiesel), I had to find a very specific piece of equipment that would fit the different holes because they don’t have the same hole spots as a regular ram 1500 2014. So the fact that these screws could slide to fit perfectly was what got my attention. I was able to put them on within an hour and a half and don’t let the black plastic look persuade you because they look really high quality. Would highly recommend.

These are so worth it as now I can get in our truck easier they fit great on the Ram, easy to install. Seem to be good quality and loved the reasonable price
