Good chair and responsive customer support!
Everything arrived great, but when I put this chair together there was one part of the instructions that made me believe i was missing a part. After some research and talking to customer support i figured out the instructions made one of the pieces appear smaller than it actually was and I mistook it for a diffrent part. With all that settled the chair was fairly easy to assemble and is super comfy to sit on! The arm lifts help push the chair in under my desk and helps add a little more space in my small room.

big and comfy
It's a nice big chair. Lovely leather. My favorite part is the adjustable lumbar support! it's truly adjustable, even if I'm not leaning back, I can still adjust the lumbar support to help keep me upright.Update, the chair, which is lower than expected, doesn't stay up. I've had it for a month and a week. The return window just closed. My chair goes down and I can't reach my desk.

I like it. the pleather is nice. adjustable lumbar support is sturdyUpdate : The stitching on the seat pad just came apart :( I would buy this again but will have to add another layer so that the stitching get less stressed
