Hands down my new kitchen favorite! Where has this been all my life!?! Makes cutting sourdough a breeze. The cordless aspect allows me to roam from countertop to countertop cutting everything in sight! haha (Comes with 2 sets of knives that are super sharp and easy to store!) I place them on the magnetic knife strip on the side of my refrigerator. Makes clean-up simple and quick. Easy to use. Installation of the knives is a simple push and click motion with a large button on the top. (Same for the release.) Very lightweight and easy to handle. Perfect for the busy chef, fantastic for BBQ's! Ohhh and the recharge lasts a LONG TIME! I've had mine for months and I've only charged it twice!

I've tried several different electric knives that claim to cut bread. HA - they all mangled bread. I didn't have high hopes for this one, but the reviews were good so I ordered it. FINALLY a knife that works on bread and does a fabulous job. I cook a lot of sourdough and this knife is so good I can cut thin slices. Several reviews commented on it was difficult to figure out which blade was for bread. I agree with them. Even zooming in on the tiny photo in the instructions was not good. I've put a photo of the two blades and labelled them meat and bread. Here's the BIG clue --- the bread knife is wider at the base. Now that you know that it's easy. Four stars (not five) because inserting the blade into the handle is not as easy as other electric knives. The handle where the blades are inserted could be better. EDIT returning and why.... After cutting a full size loaf using a slicer guide I've decided to return this. The vibration in the handle is tough on my hand after a full loaf of bread. Using a slice guide the blade on this is barely long enough to make it to the other side of the slice guide.

Sometimes you have to push and hold the button a second time for it to activate The blades don't always easily slide into place when inserting them (which can get frustrating)

My husband was so excited that this set includes bread knives - he thought I just bought an electric meat knife! Everything feels solid and sharp (very sharp, actually), so just a heads-up to be careful when sliding the blades into the holder. We've used it a few times already (mostly for slicing bread!) but also for a tenderloin and it worked great! Not sure why we waited so long to get an electric knife - makes SUCH a difference.

Quickly cut through my turkey with ease! Was a good deal, easy to use, and clean, it also seem to be durable.

Used it to carve the Christmas Ham. Opened it Christmas Eve. Worked like a charm. So easy. So fast. The ham was off the bone in record time. Wife liked it, even though she let me carve. Think that made her like it more.
