Taste really good

Didn't work for me. After taking all of the gummies I lost absolutely no weight.

They taste great, so no problem there. These chewables are supposed to assist weight loss, but I don't see that there has been any result yet after a few weeks of taking them. I've been careful with what I eat, too, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

I was a bit nervous to try these, especially given all the reviews were from Vine voices.. I'm quite sensitive to vinegar flavor to let you know in advance, but these actually aren't bad. The smell nearly scared me off, even had a coworker try it first and watched their reaction. They really do just taste like apple. There is a hint or aftertaste of vinegar, so after the first ones I always have something ready to eat/drink after taking them. It is a lot better than actually drinking the stuff! Now as for the benefits, they do seem to help a little while doing Keto for weight loss, but that's where one more issue comes in to play. Not really a great Keto option as it's 6g carbs for the 2 gummy serving, 4 of which are sugar. I know, I know. 'You're eating a gummy on Keto..what'd you expect?' I would expect it to at least be using sugar alcohols to help keep you in ketosis. Having a supplement take nearly 1/3 of my allotted carbs is a tough pill to swallow.. I'll be looking for something else while doing Keto, but will use these when I'm not. They're really not bad and the price is really good, right now at least.

Didn't lose even one pound. I don't know if I used it wrong or was supposed to be doing something else along with taking these, but I didn't lose a single pound. I took them twice a day, 12 hours apart, and just waited for something to happen as I went about my usual life, but nothing happened. The instructions were short and just pretty much said "take twice a day. So that's what I did. Not a pound.
