I love these gummies. I suffered a bit of hair loss from stress and a strange spike in testosterone due to health issues. I tried using just plain biotin supplements to help promote hair growth and health without seeing any results. I have been using these gummies for 3 months now. At the 2 month mark, I noticed a lot of new growth in the areas where the hair loss impacted me the most - a substantial difference compared to taking plain biotin. While the main reason I tried these was for my hair, I have also noticed a difference in my skin on my face and entire body. Plus, they taste really good, in my opinion, and I am a fan of the ingredients list. I wish all of my supplements could be delicious gummies like these!

4.5 I really like this. I know there is another brand that people love but I like these so much better. They taste good and after a while they do stick together but I didn’t have any issues pulling them apart. These new vegan gummy’s take a little adjustment to eating them. After a while it’s fine and you don’t notice anymore. I do worry about the blue color but i haven’t done the research on the colors that i should. It might be nice if they had no artificial coloring if that is the case here. I feel like these are working the way they say. My nails and hair seemed to be growing long and seems healthy. You should give these a shot.

So I've used the pink gummies (you know the ones) for years and years. Hair was still falling out and nails were soft and bendy if they grew at all. Decided to try this supplement. It did take a while 4-6 months or so... but you know what? My hair is growing and my nails are actually growing. Long story short - it works but it takes some time.

I love this so much because it has made my hair grow longer and thicker!! I take 2 gummies every morning and I have been using it for over a year! Really helps with shedding!!

Taste is decent and feels as though more effective than other brands I've tried. Doesn't upset my stomach at all and easy to take.

I've been taking these for almost 2 months to help with hair loss. They have a nice flavor. My nails are very strong, but I am not seeing hair growth. I have read that people start to see baby hairs when it starts to work and I have not seen any yet. I am experiencing perimenopausal hair thinning and was hoping biotin would help. I will continue to take these and update the review f I start to see improvement. If you are looking for stronger nails, it's effective. For hair growth, we will see.
