Was looking for an inexpensive weight bench for my son to start lifting. Checked local stores an CL and couldn’t find anything decent under $100. Searched Amazon and found this one. The price was right with free prime shipping so, I took a chance. It arrived in one undamaged heavy duty reinforced box. I decided to let my 13 year old put it together. With a little guidance it went together pretty smoothly. It even came with the tools required to assemble. The instructions weren’t bad but, not perfect. There were no missing parts and he had the whole thing assembled in under a half hour. The finished product is sturdy and looks really nice. The steel tubing is pretty heavy gauge and the paint is good quality. The bench is well padded and the cover seems like it will be durable. It folds up nicely and it should last a while. The only negative comment he had was that the supports seem to be a bit close together. A little narrower than the width of his shoulders so, right about where he feels his hands should be. Should be fine as he grows though. Overall, a good quality first bench at a good price.

I purchased this bench for my 15 year old grandson. I assembled it and it was pretty easy to put together and all the parts with a few extras were there. My grandson loves it. Great product.

This bench is great for starting out a gym. The assembly was a bit difficult as the instructions were not very clear in regards to what screw/bolt to use where. It took me about 1 hour to put together, but I felt that it could have gone a lot faster if the instructions were more clear. Overall, the bench is great for the price, but some areas could use improvements such as: *The dip station does not feel very sturdy due to the footprint and support on the ground, it should be more wider (yes it will increase the size of the space it occupies, but this could solve the flimsiness it feels during dips). *The fold up position's latch is not aligned properly, it works, but better alignment should be made so it's easier to use the safety bolt. Overall, it's a great starter bench, has lots of features such as sit up, dip, tricep station, and incline, decline, and flat benching. For incline/decline, I recommend using dumbbells.

We finally got to step 2 or 3 and these parts do not align. I have read these instructions over and over and over to make sure I’m doing it correctly and I have the right parts that they sent, but there is a drill hole missing and I cannot connect this bar to the seat. I have seen others report the same issue unfortunately it was after I purchased. I am outside of my return window so I contacted Amazon to try to contact the seller and Amazon has told me three times in a chat that I will be issued a full refund. That has never happened. I would stay away from this product because you can’t even set it up to see how it works. you can see in my photo how these parts do not align. Update: I called the seller directly and offered to pay for a replacement part and because I’m outside of my window they won’t even help me with that. I do not recommend anything from this company because there is absolutely no guarantee that you can even assemble the product that they send you. You’re literally just giving them money for cheap metal and screws that don’t go together to create anything that resembles a usable weight bench.

You get what you pay for I guess. The build quality is ok, but the instructions are nearly worthless. The hardware is simply listed as a number and very vague description, so there is no way to tell the difference between very similar parts. Also, the hardware, although numbered in the instructions, is NOT numbered in the packaging, making the whole numbering worthless. Also, I mine was missing 2 bolt/nut/washer combos very necessary to assemble the whole thing. I wrote to the manufacturer to send the missing parts dan they only offered to send a replacement for the entire product. I don't want all the rest! I only need 2 nuts, bolts and washers.

I was worried that i wouldnt find something as small and easily storable, but low and behold! This BalanceFrom Multifunctional Adjustable Olympic Workout Bench is the perfect edition to anyone's home. Not only is this easy to assemble and comes with clear instructions, this is just the thing I needed for my small space. Its sturdy, looks great, and enables me to maneuver around my other equipment. I give this product a A++, i would recommend to a friend!

Anleitung sehr ungenau und man musste raten welche schraube nun gebraucht wird, passgenauigkeit ist auch nicht wirklich vorhanden(ich kann die liegefläche z.b nicht festspannen im hochgeklappten modus.) Natürlich muss man den Preis beachten und kann daher nicht zu viel erwarten. Aufbau alleine ist sehr mühselig und daher nicht zu empfehlen aber es ist machbar. Ich habe beim Aufbau dann einen Sticker bemerkt das die maximal belastung der Liege fläche bei 250 lbs liegt, was für mich keinen Sinnmacht wenn eine Maximal belastung von 180KG angegeben ist. Desweiteren steck auf diesem Aufkleber das die Maximal Belastung 600Lbs wäre, wo ich mich Frage woher das dann kommt. Die Breite der Ablage Fläche ist auch ein Witz für breite Schultern. Für kleine Menschen eher empfehlenswert, ich bin 198cm Groß mit einer Schulterbreite von 55cm.
