Just got my new mini PC and I’m really impressed so far. The build quality feels solid, and it’s surprisingly compact—perfect for my desk setup. Setup was super easy and quick, and it booted right up without any issues. It’s quiet, runs cool, and handles basic tasks like browsing and streaming effortlessly. Still early days, but so far it feels like a great value for the price. Looking forward to seeing how it performs long term.

The media could not be loaded. I got the ACEMAGICIAN Ryzen 9, 35 gb RAM, 1 TB harddrive because I needed a replacement for my old, gigantic computer tower. My specific requirements were that it had to be able to handle not only stuff I would do for work (i.e. word processing, photoediting, presentations, etc.) and school (presentations and word processing), but also be able to handle my favorite games (Assassin's Creed: Odyssey and Valhalla, Gotham Knights, and whatever else I wanted).Performance:-This mini PC has 3 power settings, which you can switch between easily: silent, auto, and performance.-Silent runs quietly and will even handle Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, but at the cost of some performance and lag.-Auto will give the processor more juice automatically when you're handling heavy-hitting programs, but will run it quietly when you're doing lighter work.-Performance will make the computer run more loudly, but it's great for gaming and for when you're using heavier programs, such as video editing software (Da Vinci Resolve) or photo editing software (Autodesk Sketchbook).Web browsing and video streaming, it handles without a hitch.I only had to decrease my graphics settings slightly with Gotham Knights and AC: Valhalla. Odyssey was on standard graphic settings and had no problems except some very slight lag. I have no doubt that games like Assassin's Creed 3, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, or anything slightly older will run without a problem.Newer AAA games, you might have to decrease the graphics to run.But, then again, this PC only costs about $600 instead of $5,000, so that's a massive win in my book.Overall, I give this 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone who wants an affordable, reliable gaming PC without sacrificing much in the way of quality.

Bought this and saved for my son's Christmas. He opened it and it worked for less than 24 hours. We installed anti-virus software.It now has the blue screen of death. It will not load. The operating system is faulty.I've contacted the company for help, but as of right now this was a waste of money.Edit: I did figure out how to get it to start again. However, it randomly switches to the blue screen. The operating system is faulty. I have not been contacted by customer service.Poor quality and poor customer service.

It works ok. I put an extra md.2 drive in it and it slowed the units performance by not reading the USB ports. I would spend 5 min + trying to get the usb 3.0 connections to read. like keyboard, lit up but no typing. Plugging cables in and out became a norm getting it to connect. Then the HDMI Cable would not read in also. Took the md. 2 drive back out and unit worked fine. Now I have a 1T drive that will require a reformat with window 11 to replace the 500g. Drive that came with the unit and use it for pics or doc file as a USB plug in. Overall it is a good unit for the price for office work that does not require alot of hard drive space. The 15g of windows cloud will help solve that problem. But for gaming not enough disk space. Not a gaming PC. It worked ok for older steam games or low graphic setting. like GTA 5, but Helldivers2, not so much, Do not even thing about getting this for a kid starting out in gaming. that will be a no go

So far, works great! We've had it for nearly a year, and do light gaming (2D arpg's, mostly). No performance issues and runs smoothly. For an economicly conscious choice, we love it.

Very nice. Easy to set-up and works well most of the time. Fan fairly quiet. However, it seems to stall quite often when working with video and Photo files. It recovers after 20 - 30 second most of the time, but I've needed to reboot 3 times in the past week or so. So far its OK for the past 48 hours, so maybe it will settle down.The Problem seems to have resolved itself. No more reboots. Working perfectly well. I've tried all three modes (Performance, Auto and Silent) without any problems. Microsoft updated Windows yesterday without incident. So I will attribute some of the initial problems to some of my astrophotography software which has also been updated. Increased my rating to 5 stars based on price/performance (bang for the buck).

DONT LIKE WILL NOT PLAY MY ONE AND ONLY GAME TO FLY

Got this as a birthday gift for my son, who loves gaming. This mini pc is Very fast, Small in size, Easy to connect and overall good performance. Customer service is very helpful if any issues arise. I would recommend.
