Merrell Women's Moab 3 Hiking Shoe

It's been a challenge for me to find a sneaker/shoe that will offer the right support because of my hypermobility which makes my ankle easily rolls out of socket. After trying different sneakers include New Balance and Nike that seemed to make it worse I ended up exercising in my Merrell hiking boots. While it gave me the right support for my brisk walks I didn't want to have to boot up every time. Then I decided to give these a try since they look more like a sneaker. They are fantastic! I have no issues with my ankles and they offer great support. Plus I like the way they look.

This hiking shoe is my new favorite! I usually like to put at least twenty miles on a new pair of shoes before I do any serious hiking or walking. These Merrell Moab 3 hiking shoes were delivered just two days before I left on a trip to Moab, Utah to do hiking in Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. I was only able to get about seven miles on these shoes before my trip. They fit perfectly and are true to size. No need to break in this shoe. The Vibram soles are amazing on my plantar fasciitis. I was able to hike to Delicate Arch and several other hikes. They had great traction on the slick sandstone. I put in about fifteen miles of hiking the first day in Arches NP. These shoes helped my feet feel their best. I have the Moab 2 Waterproof hiking shoes as well and I love them, but when I’m not in cold or wet climates, the waterproof shoes get too hot. These Moab 3 shoes are perfect for dry hiking. I put about thirty miles on them in three days of hikes, and my feet never got sore or even achy. I will definitely purchase these shoes again.

These hiking shoes are incredible. I bought them for a trip to Italy as we were on a hiking/walking tour. These shoes deserve a 5 star! Comfortable, sturdy and a terrific value. Do not hesitate

I specifically looked for Merrell shoes because of some Merrell boots I had bought several years ago. I ordered these for a trip where we planned to do a lot of hiking. They arrived close to the time we left, so I didn't have much time to try them out before just taking them and trying them on the fly, trusting the Merrell brand to deliver.The fit was just as expected, not too small, not too large, and just the right width at the toe and heel. They are a bit heavier than other hiking shoes, but are still comfortable. The weight doesn't detract from the ease of wear and function for hiking trails that can be smooth or rocky and uneven.We did more hiking than planned on a three-week trip, but throughout the many hikes we took on varied terrain, the shoes remained durable, didn't show wear, and remained comfortable.I use them almost daily for hilly walks and am NOT disappointed that I bought these shoes! Considering the durability, comfort, and expected length of time they will last, I consider them a great value for the money.I wouldn't hesitate to purchase these and other Merrell products in the future.

These Merrell Moab 3 hikers are incredibly comfy and sturdy. The toe box is very large, and made the top of myfoot feel like it was not very well supported-even though my toe was right where it should have been for my size7, which I ordered. I’m keeping these because they are so comfy, and I like how they look. I will mostly be wearing these for my long walks around the city in the mornings. I feel like they are supportive enough for this.I ordered the color Aluminum-a very pretty blue color against the taupey- colored shoe. Thanks, Merrell!!! :).

Fit well, look better than their picture. I love Merrill sneakers. The only sneaker that holds up to my job, being on my feet constantly on the go 40 hours a week.

These are a great shoe for walking or hiking. Not to heavy and hold up well. Very comfortable.

Very pleased with these boots which proved to be very supportive, comfortable and kept my feet dry during recent holiday in Scotland!
