Works well! I used this product in a white chocolate mirror glaze, and it made the white chocolate perfectly white instead of yellow. It did not affect the mirror glaze. It made the finished product, which was a buche de Noel, beautiful. I chose this one over others because the value seemed the best, paired with the best reviews. It did not change the texture or taste. There’s a fair amount, and you will not need to use the whole thing in one recipe. I still have extra! Yet, the bottle is small so if you are making a large batch of something or multiple items in your recipe needs this, I would get a few extra bottles.

Excellent for white frosting

Easy to use, very white, same size and shape as my Wilton bottles. Mix it well or it will be too watery. Dried and looked nice.

Worked really well for my candied grapes!

Add this to my royal icing, so when I layered another color on top of the white, it would not bleed so far so good

I use this all the time when working with food colors. When you're creating icing or other colors, it's important to add a touch of white to the mix which then stops the other colors from bleeding on each other.
