I purchased another brand keto cereal a few years back. It was like that crispy rice cereal. That stuff was so sickeningly sweet I ended up throwing it out, which is painfully hard to do, due to my upbringing. This is not overly sweet at all. I'm a super taster and the flavor is near neutral. It's keto so it will never measure up to old school American (candy) cereal. That said, it's quite nice. I don't think one could replace a meal with this but after a proper breakfast, one could then indulge in a small bowl to satisfy that childhood memory, or to add it dry, to a snack plate. I'm so old that when I was a child, adults wouldn't dream of eating cereal. Although I personally would rather they leave out the slivered almonds, as I could add them myself, and give me more cereal, to be honest, the almonds are the only thing that crunches after adding milk. I don't mind, it's still a very good cereal for keto. I do recommend this for a treat and I hope to buy it a few times a year, finances permitting. I'd appreciate a Honey and Nut type flavor as well.

These are just okay. Not bad, but not great either. My biggest complaint is the lack of flavor. Needs twice the amount of cinnamon. At first I said you can't taste the vanilla at all, but then I drank the milk and holy smokes you can really taste it then and it's delicious! I saw a lot of comments about this getting soggy, but mine didn't. A bit softer for sure but not too terrible. I might try another flavor of this brand. I would consider buying this again. Sometimes my stomach isn't so great in the morning and somewhat bland cereal would not be bad in that case and faster to make with less carbs than oatmeal. I did add a splash of sugar.

Great tasting

If you’re wanting to lower your carbs this is the way to go. Good taste. The only drawback for me is that the product leaves me with a not great aftertaste. Brushing you teeth and tongue takes care of this. I’ve decided to go with fiber 1 cereal now. No aftertaste. Low calorie.

This saves me on my very low carb diet. Also when I need savory crunchy food, I coat a little bowl of these and add Cajun and other spices and eat these to fill that void. They are good sweet and savory!

The mfg. had changed the ingredients, no more almonds, the flakes are different tasting and the texture is different. The price has also gone up-more $ for less. I will not buy it anymore, it used to be my favorite cereal, now it’s terrible tasting.
