Foam 2 Go® - Memory Foam Offcut. Dog beds, cushion, mattress etc. 3 inch thickness

Brilliant product. My 6 year old 32KG Labrador got a sore on his knuckle just above his left front paw. I took him to the vet and they explained that knuckles are very difficult to treat because the skin is so thin over them. As a pup he always pulled out whatever (to lie on) was in his kennel before going to sleep.I kept my eye on him and sure enough I realised he tucked his foot underneath him when lying down. This caused his bare knuckle to be pressed against the floor / mat / whatever he was lying on. So I reckoned I would try this matress. He loved it straight away! It came in a protective plastic cover which I have kept on. Then I have inserted the whole thing into a big plastic woven recycle bag which I can throw out and renew with a fresh one when it gets dirty. It was such a success that I bought another one so I had one for the kitchen and one for his kennel. I let him enjoy / scent the first one then moved it out each evening into his kennel until he got used to it. Knowing it was in his kennel, he would be really happy to head in there and curl up. Dog owners just know when their loved one is totally stoked with something and this is one of those things. His leg totally healed and he is very happy to lie on this brilliant piece of kit. As he lies on it, it slowly sinks into his body shape so causes equal pressure around all his contact points. I got the 3" deep one because he is a big heavy dog and that was perfect. Congratulations to the manufacturer / mankind for making a dogs life even more enjoyable.

Good prodect

Excellent value - a good, thick piece of foam. Our staffie (a little hothouse flower who is normally like the princess with the pea when it comes to trying to get her bed comfortable) absolutely loves it and hasn't even made any attempt to chew it. She just lies on top, instantly comfy, it seems, and we put her duvet over her and tuck it in for draughts (yes, I know - we are sad cases) and she has to be dragged out of it to get a wee in the morning. We also have two cats, and they go into her bed and snuggle on it when they get the chance. I made a little cover for it to protect it from grime, and it's lovely for her.

paid express postage - arrived next day. The foam was supposed to be 3 inches thick. it was but at one end only. One end was only 2 1/2 inches thick. Quality of foam was very poor for `Memory`, it seemed more like standard cushion foam. Pressing on it resulted in the foam springing back immediately and not holding imprint as our mattress topper does. If it IS memory foam then it is a poor quality or substandard type. When our staffie lies on it the foam does NOT support his weight and he may just as well be lying on the hard floor. Might just as well have bought a piece of foam off the market for half the price. Will never buy another product from this company again

Not proper memory foam . . just foam really

Excellent delivery and product good quality. Just didn't suit my little dog. I have a cavalier King Charles spaniel who kept us awake every night she slept on the new memory foam bed, not sure if she wasn't heavy enough to benefit from the dense memory foam and instead was just perched on top. Have resorted back to her old pillow and wasted the memory foam as had to cut it up. Although it didn't work out for us it was a good product and delivery was great.

I knew I couldn't afford a memory foam bed for my poor arthritic dog so when I found this memory foam off cut I was delighted! Not only was it a generous size but it was also deeper than many of the dog beds I had seen. It fits perfectly in the base of my dogs bed, I've covered it with a sheepskin blanket and he loves it!!! The price is amazing and the service was fantastic, delivered really quickly! I would highly recommend it and would definitely buy again! Fantastic!

I bought a 36 x 24 x 3" offcut to replace my elderly dalmatian's old "crumbed foam" bed. It arrived quickly, was well packaged and is exactly as described. As the other reviews said it did smell a bit, but after being aired for 36 hours, the smell had gone off enough to use it.My dog looks very comfortable on his new bed! He seems to sleep better and doesn't get stuck in dents in the foam when turning around in bed as, it compresses gradually. Great purchase - I only wish I'd bought him one sooner!
