Great product, works well, keeps clean, doesn’t get slimy between cleanings like a plastic fountain does. It is slightly louder than I would’ve thought, but it’s just the trickling water sound, so I don’t mind it at all. I love that I can pop it in the dishwasher. I wished it had a bit of separation between the bottom of the bowl and the surface beneath in case of spills, so I added 4 little hot glue dots and that worked perfectly. The motor died after about a month, so I contacted the company directly by email and they sent me a new motor right away. Great customer service, very satisfied.

After five months, this has remained quiet and continuously running. Approximately the size of a shoebox, it is an efficient, lightweight fountain whose only sound is the water trickling. The fountain is easy to set up; no buttons or switches or settings. It comes with a set of a wraparound sweatband-style filters to catch stray debris to protect the pump and a set of carbon-filter inserts to filter the water as it streams from the fountain pipe back into the tank. The package also includes instructions, a tiny bristle brush for bi-weekly cleaning, and an insert linking to a YouTube video showing how to open the pump casing and brush out any algae or slime growth. You can't predict what cats will like or dislike, but I've seen mine sniffing around the fountain and drinking from it.

Our cat's last fountain died unexpectedly so I needed a replacement. She loves having the fresh moving water to drink, so I needed to get something quickly. I wanted to go with an all stainless model, so I ordered this fountain. So far it works exactly as advertised. The capacity is great, I don't have to fill it for days with one cat drinking from it. It's easy to clean, it takes just a few minutes to do every time I fill it. Everything about this fountain feels sturdy, even the pump seems like a pretty good quality one. If you have cats or small dogs, this is a great option for a fountain.

This is a nice little stainless fountain. I have two Maine Coons and they are big water drinkers. Like most cats they love running water from any sink in the house. I first had a very large, round stainless fountain and it was nice but it was too big especially to pick up when it had water in it to clean, and the cleaning was a bit tedious. Since then we've had a few others. We have two plastic ones now. They are decent with a kind of waterfall feature but that has really slowed down and that's where the cats usually want to drink from. So I went looking for another fountain during Prime Day and after looking at a few kept coming back to this one. To me, it's nice looking. It's small too which is great for keeping on our extra bathroom sink counter (the cat's sink and and counter!). It is very quiet. Very. I barely hear any noise and when I plugged it in had to look to see if it was working because I didn't hear anything. It was. I really like the faucet-type fixture that runs from both ends. My cats seem to like that too. It's very similar to drinking from a sink faucet though a softer flow. Being stainless the water stays cooler too, and with this design where a tray sits over the tank, I don't think it will get as much debris in the water supply. The round window on the front to view the tank water level is nice though I personally didn't really care about that. But, I ordered that one (I don't remember if the other one without the window was also on sale or not). Now I wish I had gotten the one without the window though even if I had paid more. The problem for me is the blue light. I had no idea it was lit. I looked over the description now before writing this and still don't see where it says there's a light in it. Ya, it's blue in the photo but I thought that was the color of the plastic for the window. There are two reasons I don't like this lighting: First reason: I keep the fountain in our master bathroom on the cat's counter. I have a nightlight in that bathroom that I've used for years. It's a very subtle, low light. I walked in there last night after setting up the fountain during the day and was surprised to see blue light glowing in there. It's fairly bright. I thought, ok, I guess I don't need to leave the nightlight on now. But, I like the nightlight and I prefer that light over this bright blue light. Apparently there's no way to turn off the light on the fountain either. Second reason: Cats can see in the dark. They don't need a light to find the water fountain. My cats love to lay in the bathroom in front of the big window at night especially in the summer when it's breezy. It's cool in there when it's been hot all day. They weren't in there last night and I think it's because of the light. I also noticed one of them wasn't going over to drink once the light was obvious. I don't think the light is necessary, and I actually think it's not a good thing for cat's eyes. If it could be switched, off then it would be ok. Apparently in order to have the window to see the water level though you have to accept the glowing blue light. Because I dump and refill my fountains every couple/few days (I don't wait two weeks like the instructions suggest), it's never going to run too low. So now I wish I'd gotten the one without the light. I could pack it up and return it I guess but I don't like to do returns unless it's really needed. I guess for now I'm stuck with that blue light but I'm hoping it stops working! At some point I'll get another one without the window in it. Some people won't mind the light but do consider your cats. They see in the dark just fine and when they are wandering your house at night and come into a room with that glowing blue light, it throws off their vision momentarily. Some may actually avoid it like one of mine is currently doing at night. During the day it's far less noticeable. I actually didn't realize it was lit until the room was dark. But unless you really need that window to know the water level, I recommend getting the one without the window for your cat's sake. In all other ways this little fountain seems to be really nice.

Great fountain, my cat loves it. It stopped working about 5 months after purchase and the customer service was AMAZING. They responded promptly, helped me troubleshoot the issue and replaced the motor when the troubleshooting did not work. The replacement arrived within a day or two. Incredible customer service!!!

I ordered and received this fountain back in August 2025. I waited until now to give it an honest review of the product. My cats appreciate the free flowing water from this fountain. I definitely see them drinking more often than I did when they were drinking from a water bowl. This fountain is very easy to clean, including the process of replacing the required filters. The stainless steel is strong, goes together easily, and even when filled to the top line, it is not heavy. I appreciate that there is a porthole in the side of the fountain along with a light, which makes it easy to see when I need to add more water. This is a very quiet fountain, which is both a positive and a reality check. It is positive because you can't hear it running from more than a couple of feet away. This is a reality check because I had to build "monitor the water level every couple of days" into my routine, due to the quiet operation of the fountain! This fountain makes the most noise when it is getting low, and even then it is fairly quiet! I am pleased with what I received for the money I spent.

This was the most luxurious looking cat fountain I could find at the time. My cat drinks just fine from it, and it cleans easy. Stainless steel is more hygienic for cats, it cleans better than plastic. We clean it once a week for her, disassembly and reassembly is not hard. It's quiet, the only reason I can hear her drink from it is because she smacks her lips lol I enjoy the window which shows you the water level. I'm not sure how long we've had it, but it must be over a year or something.

Works great does exactly as needed

I find it very quiet to run. The spout allows my cats to drink from each spout so no arguing. Tank holds a generous amount of water so no need to fille every 3-4 days. Also, the tank is stainless steel not plastic so will not retain bacteria if cleaned regularly. Filters are easy to install so a great buy.

It is awesome. Cats love it, but took a bit of getting used to for them.

Fantatsic water fountain! Both my cat and bunny drink from it. I like the water level window and the little blue light. Not noisy either.
