Ordered these, after one of the wires on a Henderson garage door failed, wasn’t expecting much!? But both old bobbins removed and installed these were installed in an hour (Though I am an engineer, if not confident apparently there are YouTube videos available) (Quicker than the temporary repair for the broken one)!! Value for money and like for like fit excellent Balanced the door perfectly

Great Value double check you buy the right Cardale ones though as cables slightly different and hexagon spacer needs to replaced with exact ones

Arrived on the day stated, can be an awkward item to replace but Very easy when you know what you are doing. The cone and cables are an excellent replacement for the damaged ones removed and reasonably priced and great value for money.

Product excellent value but garage door was not secure for over a week due to it taking over a week for Evri to find and deliver with Amazon Prime. Once arrived and fitted garage now secure and door better than ever.

I haven`t been able to open my up and over garage door for 12 months now, so I was going to get a new door for a cost of £700, but I found these parts on Amazon for £12 and it took me about 1 hour to install them and the garage door is now back to normal, and this saved me spending £700 on a new door,

got me out off trouble

the product itself was easy to fit but the door frame was fitted from new with the springs attached making it very difficult to knock out the pins and remove the ends.
