This is great for kids starting out wanting to learn how to play volleyball or they’re just joining a team it is perfect for it is for smaller kids I would say between 8 to 14 depending on how big your kids are my daughter was 14 she was able to fit it perfectly but my daughter is smaller but it worked out perfect

They had enough cushion on both the knee pads and arm, but it was just too big even when I bought the smallest size for my 11 year old.

I bought these for my daughter’s first year of volleyball because they were reasonably priced. wasn’t really expecting much padding or functionality but they definitely protect her knees when she slides for the ball! They are bigger than brand name ones which i appreciated! Definitely recommend using!
