Nerf N-Strike Blazin Bow

Bought this for my son. He loved it, of course, for a couple of days, until the next 'big' thing.Anyways, it is a pretty fun toy. Shoots those arrows pretty far (30ft?). I got hit many times with its arrows when I was playing with my son and I found it to be pretty safe. Still I won't recommend hitting someone's face or from up close.It was pretty easy to assemble and simple enough to use for a 9 year old boy. The string is not so tight that kids will have difficulty pulling on it.Overall, a pretty decent toy.

My son and his friend love this. Santa brought my son one, and we gave one to his friend for a birthday gift. The two of them love playing with theirs together. After a sleepover (lots of playtime) one fin ripped off on an arrow, so I'd recommend ordering some krazy glue if you don't already have some laying around. It was an easy fix to super glue the fin back on. Plus I love playing with it too! Its fun.

One of the darts wouldn't fire off the bow out of the package; the other 2 are falling apart. I guess it was good for 90 days of play.....sad.

Bought this item to use as part of a team building exercise. Minor assembly when you unbox it (clicking bow arms and arrow holders into place). I don't believe, however, that once it's put together you can really take it back apart for storage, but I didn't put much effort into trying.The handle pulls back about 6-8 inches, and can shoot an arrow about 30-40 feet without arching. The arrows themselves are kind of difficult to get onto the bow itself, and could possibly require more force than a child can handle. The arrows are all foam, incleuding the fletching, which could very easily get ripped off when trying to get the arrow on the bow to fire, but arrows are more easily replaceable, so not a big concern.Overall good product. I'll update once I've had a few courses use it!

I purchased this item as a gift for my son's 5th birthday. He absolutely loved it and so did my 8 year old son! It is very easy to use and shoots pretty far. the kids have had it for over a month and there has been no problems after using it almost everyday. Great toy!

There were only 3 arrows which is pathetic. It was also expensive for a a piece of cheap plastic.done by

This bow and arrow set did not last one hour. It is made from cheap materials. It broke the first time as they were trying to put it together. Total waste of money. Will pay a little more next time for a better made product.

My son asked for this for Christmas and loves it still...even months later. (To be honest, I actually enjoy playing with it as well.) Because my son loved it so much, we got one for my nephew for his 6th birthday. He also loves it. The arrows hold up well (unless your dog gets a hold of them...haha!) and shoot a good distance. It has held up nicely...always a bonus with a very active young boy.
